 Mercy Belle Trockenfisch
Daughter to Samson Trockenfisch, mayor of Hingleberd (a neighboring town). Naturally, a father wants his eldest daughter to be wed into a good household, so after some searching, he came upon Gerd and his good family in the village of Hollygrove. No one took very kindly to the idea at first, being that Mercy Belle is...quite a handful. But after some dowry bargaining (her dowry consisted of many things...but most importantly, chickens which just so happened to be what the mayor of Hollygrove wanted to eat that night), her hand was given to Gerd. Neither herself or Gerd were aware of this. Some say, they still aren't. |
