 Mistress Katheryn O'ConnellKeeper of Books- Hollygrove Library Well met, good Gentles! I am called Katheryn O'Connell, and I am Mistress of the Books here in Hollygrove--meaning of course that I am charged with the keeping and care of the literature of the Hollygrove Library. Know that I take my responsibility very seriously, and I am born of a long line of Librarians--a most pedantic and persnickety lot, to be sure. So I would hereby advise you that abusing your program under my watchful eye is sorely ill advised. Indeed, I shall gladly take to task all those that do not respect the written word if I have even a moment to spare. I am, of a surety, fond of children, for well I know that the world doth depend on them when we are but dust. They should therefore be encouraged to read and write, so that they are wise. It is upon these clever folke I do dote most well. It must also be known that I spin many a tale, and would tell them far and wide if it please the folke and visitors of our village...you need only ask. I look forward to the blessed day of our meeting! Until then, I remain, steadfast in loyalty to her Most Royal and Wise Majesty, Queen Elizabeth, and in humble service to the Village of Hollygrove. |
